Scheduling Sessions

Schedule and pay in full through our online scheduler. Sixty-minute sessions are $100 and include a free seventy-five-minute companion meditation: start it fifteen minutes before your session to get ready, and let it carry you through. Sessions are held at a distance with no verbal contact; you'll get a text when yours is complete. Scheduling opens ninety days ahead and closes twenty-four hours before a session.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time and run their full length. If you start your session late, we don't record or refund the missed time. If you arrive late, we use the remaining time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule from your confirmation email up to twenty-four hours before your session. A session canceled within 24 hours or missed counts as used. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, you'll receive a full refund. If an emergency comes up, write to us. If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll be offered the next available time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Gift certificates are non-refundable. A session canceled within 24 hours or missed counts as used.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in $100 denominations and never expire. We email them to the buyer, who then passes the code to the recipient.

Consulting

Private advisory work is arranged through conversation and runs on a retainer for 3 to 12 months. Retainers are invoiced directly. We set your terms in writing before the work begins. Work begins with a free consultation. Consulting sessions are held live over Zoom; you'll receive a link in your confirmation email. You can reschedule a session up to twenty-four hours before it begins. A session canceled within 24 hours or missed counts as used.

The Shop

We sell original paintings, prints, meditations, and other items through our online shop, and link out to booksellers for books. Each original painting is one of a kind and sold as shown on the page; prints are produced to order. Prices are in US dollars, and we apply sales tax where required.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout and paid by the buyer. We ship orders within ten business days, and you'll receive tracking once yours ships. We pack every piece by hand and ship it insured. International shipping is available by inquiry.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return a painting or print within fourteen days of delivery. Write to us first, then return it in its original packaging, unused and undamaged; the buyer pays return shipping. We refund within ten business days after we receive and inspect the piece. Meditations and other digital downloads are final sale once delivered. Commissioned and custom work is final sale.

Damage in Transit

If your piece arrives damaged, send us photographs within seven days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.

Trainings & Private Classes

Reiki trainings run from Reiki I & II through Master Teacher, in private and group formats, year-round. Trainings must be paid in full by the training date. Seats are transferable to another date; payments are refundable only on a case-by-case basis once the space has been reserved. Classes run on a minimum enrollment. If we cancel due to low enrollment, you'll be refunded in full. Attunements are given in person or live over Zoom, and require attendance for the full session.

Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagements are arranged by inquiry. We agree on fees, travel, and recording permissions in writing before the date.

Corporate & Groups

Corporate sessions, workshops, and on-site group work are arranged by inquiry and invoiced directly rather than scheduled through the scheduler. We set scope, dates, and travel in writing before the engagement. A deposit confirms the date. Cancellations within seven days are invoiced in full, as the time is held and cannot be filled.

Privacy

What you share with us stays with us. We do not sell or rent your information, and we share it only as described in our Privacy Policy below. We keep intake forms and your Colorado Consumer Disclosure acknowledgment in our scheduling system for two years after your last session, as required by Colorado law. We do not publish client stories or outcomes. Testimonials appear only with the client's written permission and in the client's own words.

Pricing & Availability

Prices, offerings, and policies can change at any time; the version posted here applies to you. If we list something in error, we'll tell you and refund you rather than hold you to it.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website, scheduling a session, enrolling in a training, or buying artwork, you agree to the policies on this page. These policies apply to you and Erin Chanel LLC.

Using This Website

Everything on this site is offered for general information. It is not professional, medical, or mental health advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Links to other websites are offered as a courtesy; we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Intellectual Property

Copyright in everything here — paintings, prints, writing, recordings, course materials, photographs, and the site itself — remains with Dr. Erin Chanel. Buying an artwork transfers the artwork, not the right to reproduce it. Enrolling in a training gives you the manual for your own use, not the right to teach from it. Nothing here may be copied, reproduced, republished, or used to train an automated system without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the session, training, or piece it concerns. Reiki is complementary to medical and mental-health care and is not a substitute for it; decisions about your treatment stay between you and your physician.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute is brought in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.

Social Media & Messages

You'll find us on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, our podcast, and Google. Comments and messages on those platforms aren't private and aren't secure. Schedule through Google Reserve, Instagram Book Now, erinchanel.com, or erinchanel.as.me; for anything else, email team@erinchanel.com. Please don't send health information or personal details in a direct message. Each platform holds that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

Reviews & Testimonials

Reviews are the reviewer's own words. We don't write, edit, or pay for them, and we don't publish a client's story or outcome ourselves. A testimonial appears on this site only with written permission and comes down whenever the person asks.

Ages

We work with adults. For anyone under eighteen, write to us first; a parent or guardian must schedule, provide written consent, and be present for the session.

Scope

Dr. Erin Chanel's work is educational and energetic, not therapy, not medical treatment, not a crisis service. She is not licensed, certified, or registered by the State of Colorado as a health-care professional and does not practice psychotherapy. Before your first session, you will receive the Colorado Consumer Disclosure in your intake form. Reiki is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care; please talk with your physician about any medical concerns. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.
